Ten12 has institutional investor consensus prices for over 300,000 securities in 25 asset
classes. In addition to the consensus price, Ten12 also provides the highest and
lowest security price contributed by investors.
There are material security prices differences between funds. These differences
exist
even
with constituents of the S&P 500 but are more significant with
securities
that
trade
in the
OTC market. Ten12 revalues over 10,000 funds as
well
as
client portfolios using our
consensus institutional security prices. Additionally we
provide the most optimistic and pessimistic valuations.
Each trading day, Ten12 observes over 100,000 disputes between funds on the
appropriate
end
of day price of a security. Each one of these disputes causes a fund to
outperform
their
peers simply because they valued the same security higher. With Ten12 rankings,
we
revalue
each fund using the same security prices so investors get an Apples to Apples
performance
comparison.
